Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Should we experience higher than normal orders, we will contact you via the provided email address from your order, to let you know of the delay.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We have contracted our shipping thru USPS, UPS, and DHL to provide the best possible cost to you as a customer. Please feel free to change shipping methods during your order to fulfill your needs.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We will ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for delays in shipment caused by the carrier, not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Also, we are not responsible for any orders returned to us by the shipper, should customs or the carrier return the order.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once we have received your order and verified it, you will receive a shipping notification in the email provided with your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Cheyenne Heart Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Cheyenne Heart Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
While we do ship internationally, we are not responsible for delays in shipment caused by carrier, not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Also, we are not responsible for any orders returned to us by the shipper, should your country's customs return the order.
Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cheyenneheartdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
